Reach out to us by phone, email, our social media or whatsapp. Let us know what service you’re interested in and give us a few details about the job. The more information you can provide the better, pictures are always a very welcomed extra.

2. Free Site Visit (If Needed)
If the job is a little more involved, like a heating system replacement for example, we’ll arrange a free, no-obligation visit. One of our qualified engineers will come out to assess the work, answer your questions, and take any necessary measurements and photos.
3. A Clear, Written Quote
Once we have everything we need, we’ll email over a written quote that includes:
- A full breakdown of labour and material costs
- An estimated timeline for the work
- Any optional recommendations or upgrades
- Our terms of service
No hidden costs. No surprises. Just clear pricing and straight answers.
4. Review & Approve
Take your time to review the quote. If you have any questions, we’re happy to explain anything. No question is a silly question and we would rather you ask anything that comes to mind. When you’re ready to go ahead, just let us know and we’ll get your job booked in.
5. Job Done – The Upsher Way
